Mentoring Program
The Judith Sayler Mentoring Program
Unlock Your Potential Through Mentorship – Deadline to Apply is closed for 2026.
One of the most rewarding benefits available to our Professional Members, Associate Members, and Scholarship Recipients is our formal Mentoring Program which kicks off at the beginning of each year, lasting approximately 10 months. Be sure to check the Events Calendar or contact the Chapter Administrator for the official start date!
In this exclusive program, mentees of all ages and career stages are thoughtfully matched with experienced mentors—seasoned leaders within our chapter—who are passionate about guiding the next generation of facility professionals and associates.
Through one-on-one mentorship, participants gain:
- Personalized guidance on career development and growth
- Insights into the FM industry and best practices
- Opportunities to clarify goals, enhance skills and unlock professional potential
For emerging professionals and associate members who support the FM industry, the program also provides invaluable exposure to the world of FM, helping them take the first confident steps toward a fulfilling career. Join us and take advantage of this transformative experience—where knowledge, opportunity and connection come together to shape the future of FM.
Time Commitment
The mentoring program will last approximately ten-months with the mentee and mentor pairs meeting for one-on-one meetings in person or virtually for a minimum of 2 hours per month. Mentees and mentors are also required to attend the in-person and remote events (see schedule below).
The pairs will attend a mid-year group meeting for mentees to share their progress and networking. The program culminates with an end-of-year presentation on progress and an awards ceremony.
