Membership Pricing

Membership for IFMA is 2 parts, a cost for base membership with IFMA HQ, and a Chapter Membership Dues for any chapters you also join. Memberships are paid annually, and memberships belong to you and not the company.

$239 for Facility Professionals  

$149 for Young Professionals (35 and under)   

$10 for Students  

$100 for Retirees    

Silicon Valley Chapter Dues

$50 Young Professional (35 and under)

In Total the Yearly Fee:  

Associates are $485.00yr 

Professionals are $408.00yr 

Young Professionals are $199yr
